Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not create a contract or engagement. A project begins only after both parties sign a written proposal or statement of work that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and price.

The ONYX name, wordmark, site copy, visual design, and code published on onyxsolution.co are owned by ONYX Solution. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site design or its text for commercial use without written permission. Work produced for clients is transferred per the terms of each signed engagement — by default, clients own the final deliverables upon full payment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, attempt to access non-public areas, probe or test for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the site for other users.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONYX Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site.
