ONYX Solution ("ONYX", "we", "us") is an independent digital studio based in the Bay Area, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit onyxsolution.co or submit an inquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and project details you provide. We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics service (Vercel Analytics) may collect standard request data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and the pages you view. This data is aggregated and used to measure traffic and performance.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry data solely to respond to your message, scope your project, and communicate with you about potential or active engagements. We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful, fix bugs, and improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
3. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site: — Vercel (hosting, edge network, analytics) — Resend (transactional email delivery for inquiry form) — Google Fonts (font delivery) These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not share inquiry data with any provider other than what is strictly required to deliver the email to us.
4. Cookies and tracking
onyxsolution.co does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics uses privacy-friendly measurement that does not rely on identifying cookies. Your browser may store standard functional data (such as locale preference) to make the site work.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to tomasg@onyxsolution.co. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain inquiry data for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to your request and maintain our client records, and we delete it on request. We use industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) across the site and restrict access to inquiry data to Tomas Gonzalez, the founder of ONYX Solution.
